Today’s Daily Shoot challenge was to take a black and white photo with high contrast. Black and white was easy, but high contrast is not a look I usually go for. I took quite a few shots this morning and processed them with high contrast but they didn’t work – I was trying to force something I didn’t see in the first place. That prompted me to take another quick walk, but this time I looked for contrast. It’s partially cloudy and grey today, but the light on the water attracted me to this spot. (I didn’t add a vignette. This is how dark the water was when the light fell off). Then all I had to do was wait for the swans to fill it
